The Schooner Bay Mainsheet remains far and away the best new town newsletter I’ve ever seen. While most such newsletters are focused only on selling real estate, the Mainsheet did a much wiser thing for our times: it surrounded the sales pitch with an amazing amount of highly useful material, drawing people into the story of the place. Town Founder Orjan Lindroth gave me permission to put these up because they fit so well with the principles of the Original Green.
